Ingredients, 1 serve

Protein powder, 30โ€“35g, 1โ€“1.2 oz

Egg whites, 1/2 cup, 125ml, 4 fl oz

Toppings Iโ€™d run

PB2 powder, 20g, 0.71 oz

Banana, 50g, 1.8 oz

SF Caramel topping

Blueberries 50g, 1.8 oz

SF Maple Syrup

Cinnamon, sprinkle

Mix protein and egg whites until smooth. Pour thin into a non stick pan on medium heat. Cook 1โ€“2 minutes each side. Keep it thin or it goes rubbery. Add toppings and fold.
