Hey folks! Today is my first Friday off and I hope it was the worst Friday of the new school year. 😄 I’m allowing myself the luxury of only working 80% this school year to have more time for my family, but also for myself. I almost don’t dare say it, but I’m doing really well and I hope it stays that way for a long time. 😊 More time for me also means more time for new recipes and new content. So let’s start the new 80%-era with this delicious cocktail:

SUNFLOWER COCKTAIL 🌻

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Gin

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Cointreau

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Absinthe rinse

Garnish: Lemon Zest 🍋

How to mix it?

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy. 💥 Cheers!
