Healthy Banana Bread Bars

재료

200g banana (about 1&1/2 bananas)

2 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

1 cup oat flour (regular oats are okay)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

few dashes of cinnamon

1/2 scoop protein powder (optional) My favorite is @PEScience !!

2 tbsp chocolate chips

Add banana to a bowl, mash well

Add eggs & vanilla to banana and mix

Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and protein powder (if using) and mix well

Add in chocolate chips, mix again

Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment or lightly grease pan

Spread mix evenly into pan, top with a few extra chocolate chips if you’d like

Bake @350 for 18-20 minutes

Cut into squares & enjoy 🤍
