1 (5.3 Oz.) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Or Cheesecake flavor.)
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tsp. Sugar Free Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix
A Few Drops Vanilla Extract
1/2 Banana, Sliced
1 Tbsp. Caramel
6 Vanilla Wafer Cookies

In a it's original container, mix together the 1 (5.3 Oz.) 1 (5.3 Oz.) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Or Cheesecake flavor.), 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1 Tsp. Sugar Free Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix, 1/2 Tsp. Maple Syrup, and A Few Drops Vanilla Extract until well blended.
Place about one-third of the greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of a small ramekin. Layer with some Banana Slices, about 1/2 Tbsp. of the Caramel, and 3 Vanilla Wafer Cookies. Top with more greek yogurt, and layer all over again.
Top it all off with the remaining yogurt mixture.
Seal the container up and place it in the fridge for 12-24 hours to enjoy!
