Candied Almonds

Let me share a little secret with you. 🤫 They are super easy to make, and cost a fraction of what you would play at the mall. You might even have all of the ingredients on hand.

This is what you need:

4 cups raw almonds

1 egg white

1 Tbsp vanilla

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp kosher salt

2 tsp ground cinnamon

Here’s how you make them:

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Whisk egg white and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add almonds and stir to coat.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Pour over almonds and stir.

Spread onto parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Enjoy them warm OR allow to cool and package in an airtight container.
