For the sauce:

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup hot water

For the marinade:

2 chicken breasts

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tbsp tomato paste

Black pepper, salt, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tbsp soda water

For the lavash:

2½ cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm water or milk

For the mayonnaise:

3 hard-boiled eggs

2–3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp oil

Salt

Pepper

Slice the chicken very thinly, add all the marinade ingredients, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour. Then bake at 200°C (top & bottom heat) until cooked.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the tomato paste, and sauté. Pour in the hot water and bring to a boil. The sauce is ready 🤌🏼

For the lavash, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Divide into 6 balls, cover again, and rest for another 15–20 minutes. Roll them out very thin.

Place a baking tray directly over the stovetop, turn on two burners, and heat over medium. Cook the lavash on the hot tray, flipping as it cooks. Since the tray is enamel-coated, it doesn’t warp and works perfectly like a griddle.

Brush the lavash generously with the sauce and cut in half. Fill with fries, chicken, and the mayonnaise made from the boiled eggs. Roll it up, toast on both sides, and enjoy!
