apple - one whole, cored
banana - one whole, peeled
orange - one whole, peeled
greens - a hearty handful (kale or spinach or collard greens or all)
ginger root - thumb-sized piece
lemon - garnish sized piece
seeds - 1 Tbsp. (chia or flax or both)
ice - 3 cups
(optional) hot pepper - a small piece

Grab your Vitamix container.
Add water.
Add fruit (orange, apple, banana).
Add lemon.
Add ginger.
Add hot pepper.
Add greens.
Add ice on top.
Blend on High for 90 seconds.
