Delicious Rhubarb Crunch

3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

4 cups rhubarb

1 cup sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon together. Press half of mixture into bottom of 9 x 9 pan. Cover with chopped rhubarb.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, and vanilla in a saucepan and cook until thick and clear. Stir constantly. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
