Barcardi Cake or Amaretto

1 520 g package golden cake mix
1 92 g package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 each vegetable oil, rum, water
Glaze:
1/4 c each rum and water
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
icing sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly butter and flour 10" tube or bundt pan.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat with wooden spoon 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before transferring to a cake rack. Drizzle with glaze.
Pierce cake all over with a toothpick. Combine rum, water, brown sugar and butter in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Spoon very slowly over cake, letting glaze drizzle down sides. Dust with icing sugar. Cool completely before cutting.
