And it still hits the spot!; Miami Vice * (rough recipe); Piña Colada -; 40g Coconut Rum; 5g Wray & Nephew; 50g Coconut Cream; 50g Pineapple juice; 30g Lime juice; Fresh pineapple chunks; 2 tbsp Sugar; 1/2 tsp xanthan gum; Strawberry Daiquiri -; 45g White Rum; 75g Strawberries; 30g Lime juice; 2 tbsp Sugar; 1/2 tsp xanthan gum; I mean, give me one of these at the beach bar, and I'm happy. Frozen cocktails are back in trend. Just don't order one from me at the bar. 😂; Cheers!
