Honey Bbq Chicken Sliders - Recipe Below

Marinade for 18 ounces of chicken

1/2 cup low fat buttermilk

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp franks red hot sauce

2 tbsp pickle juice

1 1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

3/4 tsp smoked paprika

3/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cayenne

Breading:

1/2 cup panko crumbs

2 tbsp parmesan

1/2 tsp garlic

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp salt

cooking spray

Sauce:

1/4 cup bbq sauce

1 1/2 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp paprika

To finish I add my high protein ranch (calories not included in the total, but it’s low calorie so it won’t make a massive difference)

I add a few pickles and use a toasted slider bun from Lewis bake shop, 90 cal a piece

mix buttermilk, yogurt, pickle juice, franks, and seasonings into a bowl and mix

Slice your chicken into 3 ounce portions square-ish and tenderize with a mallet

add in chicken to the marinade, cover, and sit for 2 hours

mix panko, parmesan, and seasonings into a shallow dish

Pat chicken in, spray with oil

oven bake at 425 on a wire rack for 18 minutes

in a saucepan over low heat whisk bbq sauce, honey, and smoked paprika

keep warm so it coats well

lightly brush bbq sauce on sliders, wait 1-2 minutes and add another layer

build sliders with ranch, pickles, bun toasted in skillet, and chicken
