2 tbsp light soy sauce

½ tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

½ tsp MSG

½ tsp sugar

1 tsp ground white pepper

1 tbsp lard

2-3 spring onion, chopped

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Reserve the hot noodle water.

In a large serving bowl, combine light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, MSG, sugar, white pepper, lard, and half of the chopped green onion.

Slowly pour in the reserved noodle water. Stir well until the lard melts and everything blends into a fragrant broth.

Add the cooked noodles into the bowl, tossing gently to coat them in the sauce.

Top with a fried egg and the remaining fresh green onion. Slurp away!
