Ingredients: Kraken Highball; - Vodka 30ml; Grape soju 15ml; Barberry cordial 20ml; - Mineral water 100ml; Garnish: octopus; Chocolate Octopus; Gelatin 10g; - Chocolate 25g; Glycerin 2g; - Black food coloring 1 drop Soak a sheet of gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Mix the chocolate, glycerin, and black coloring, then add the gelatin and melt everything over a double boiler. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
