1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup green onions

300g chicken breast, cubed

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

1 tsp paprika and chili powder

1 & 1/2 cup cooked rice (any kind)

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tsp corn starch + 1/4 cup water (optional if you want it thicker and saucier)

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp any sweetener (I use stevia brown sugar)

1/3 cup frozen peas

optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes
