Double Chocolate High Protein Banana Bread

2 Medium Ripe Bananas

170g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Scoops @transparentlabs Milk Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate (Use code ‘MWFIT’ for 10% off)

2 tbsp or ~15g Coca Powder

1 cup of 120g Oat Flour

4 tbsp or ~30g PB2 Powder or Regular PB

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Not in vid but was added)

30g Dark Chocolate Chips

5g Coconut Oil

In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.

Add the whey protein, oat flour, PB2, and baking powder. Mix until a batter forms.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Slice, serve, and enjoy.
