1lbs Ground pork
3 Dried chilies, break in half
1T Sichuan peppercorns, grounded
4 Garlic, finely minced
3T Spicy bean sauce (depending on your desired salt/spice levels)
1C Water
1p Tofu, 1 inch cubes
1/4t Sugar
1 Green onion, chopped
Slushy
1/4C Water
1 1/2t Cornstarch

Brown ground pork in medium heat w/o oil.
Add spicy bean paste stir to coat the pork & cook for 1 minute.
Add water, garlic, chili pepper, sichuan peppercorn powder, sugar, and tofu. Bring to boil & cook additional 5 minutes.
Add cornstarch slushy to thicken the sauce. Top with green onion & serve
노트
You can sub half of spicy bean paste w/ regular bean paste. And either half or omit the sichuan peppercorn powder to lower the numbing effect.
If you can find good Sichuan peppercorn oil, you can add 1t spoon before thickening the sauce.
