3/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (170g)

1/4 cup whipped cream cheese (40g)

1 scoop vanilla whey (30g) *I use @legion — use KORY to save 20 percent*

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (15g)

1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (10g)

1 tbsp zero calorie powdered sweetener

1 tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup (15ml)

1/4 tsp butter extract

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp cookie dough snacks (15g)

Toppings:

1 tsp cookie dough snacks (5g)

1 tsp mini chocolate chips (5g)

Macros per serving: 260 calories, 8g fat, 22g carbs, 26g protein. Makes 2 servings.
