No Bake Blueberry Jam Granola Bars

Currently remaking these because we can’t get enough 🙌

Chewy, naturally sweet, and packed with wholesome ingredients!

All you need:

1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats

½ cup oat flour

¼ cup coconut oil

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup peanut butter

The homemade jam:

1 cup blueberries

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Add the first layer of granola mixture, a layer of jam, and another layer of mixture on top.

Refrigerate until firm, & enjoy!!

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go! 😮💨🤌
