Minced pork

minced garlic chopped chili peppers

Diced green beans

Sauce :

2 tablespoon of light soy sauce 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce 1/2 a sp0on of dark soy sauce a pinch of sugar

1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

방향

Slightly stir-fry the minced pork until it separates.

Add in the sauce

Stir-fry evenly until fully cooked, then set aside.

Sauté the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers until fragrant.

Add the green beans and stir- fry until cooked through (you can add a little water to speed up the cooking).

Add the minced pork and stir fry until mix+d.

Add a small amount of cornstarch water and cook until the sauce thickens.
