Fruit Punch:

6 oz coconut water

3 oz unsweetened tart cherry juice

2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice

2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice

1 oz lemon juice

pinch of Celtic salt

Mix all the ingredients and transfer to a glass drink bottle with a lid. Can last for 3-5 days.

Matcha Mint:

1/4 cup French mint leaves

1 tsp matcha powder

6 oz water

4 oz coconut water

1 oz lemon juice

2 oz honey or agave

pinch of salt

Place the leaves in a teapot, French press, or mug. Pour boiling water over the leaves.

Cover and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Strain the tea leaves into a glass bottle water.

Make your matcha by mixing it with 1 tablespoon of matcha until well incorporated.

Add the matcha tea, coconut water, lemon juice, honey and salt to the bottled water.

Place the lid and shake until very well incorporated. Refrigerate for up to 3 day.

Shake very well before drinking.

Electrolyte water

12 oz water

pinch of Celtic salt

Combine the water and salt in a glass water bottle. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
