Toum Creamy Lebanese Sauce

5 Cup Of Water

5 Tablespoon Of Starch

½ Cup Lemon Juice

1-2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Cup Oil

7 Garlic Cloves

1 Tablespoon Of Vinegar

手順

  1. Add the water with the starch and wisk it with a medium heat until it becomes thick.

  2. Leave it to cool down in the refrigerator.

  3. After it cooled down put it in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
