This is a very very simple yet delicious tofu recipe from Korea. I recommend serving it with rice and garlic eggplant.😋

RECIPE (3-4 servings, 25min prep time):

400g tofu

Pat dry, cut in thick slices and fry in oil on both sides.

3 cloves garlic and a thumbsize piece of garlic

2 spring onion

Finely chop.

1 Tbsp chili flakes

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce

1/4 cup (60ml) water

2 Tbsp syrup or sugar

Mix and add the sauce to the tofu.

Let it simmer for 5-10mins.
