Cranberry White Chocolate and Nut Cookies

30oz flour

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

4 1/2 sticks butter, melted and cooled slightly

21oz light brown sugar

3 eggs + 3 yolks

2 tbsp vanilla

18oz white chocolate

12oz dried cranberries

16oz macadamia

Preheat oven to 325F. Line sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.

Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth 1-2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, scraping down bowl as needed. Reduce speed and add flour mixture until just combined. Add chocolate chips, cranberries, and macadamia until incorporated.

Roll dough into 2 tbsp balls, 2 inches apart. Bake until edges are set but centers are soft and puff 15-20 minutes. Cool on sheet for 10 minutes. Transfer to racks and cool completely.
