10 Minute Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles

4 tbsp peanut butter (£1.12/5)=£0.22)
250 g egg noodles (£0.75)
2 garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder) (£0.39)
4 spring onions, thinly sliced (£0.50)
1 tbsp Sriracha (£1.98)
⅕ tbsp tbsp rice vinegar
200 ml hot water
2 tbsp soy sauce or Sweet Soy Sauce if you have
Optional chilli flakes
手順
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, setting your timer to the packet time minus 1 minute.
Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, minced garlic, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce and hot water in a large mixing bowl.
Drain the noodles and reserve a mug of the starchy water. Combine the noodles with the peanut butter and continue to cook on a low heat until the sauce thickens and the noodles cook completely. Loosen with the reserved water as necessary.
Serve with sliced spring onions and optional chilli flakes.
