Veggie Fried Rice With Egg

1 cup cooked rice (best if cold / leftover)
1 egg
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
手順
Heat oil in pan. Add frozen vegetables; cook until warm
Push vegetables to one side. Crack egg into free space, scramble lightly
Add rice + soy sauce; stir everything together, heat through
Season to taste
