Olive Bites

材料

1 stick or 100 grams butter

200 grams Monterey Jack

1 and 1/2 cups flour

Pitted green olives

Salt

Prepare a baking tray with baking paper

Shred the Monterey Jack

Mix butter, flour and cheese until a dough forms

Form small balls, flatten, stuff with one olive and close back up, rolling in palms

Place the balls on the baking paper slightly spaced out

Bake at 360 F for 15 minutes until the balls turn golden brown

Chill and serve
