Honey Lavender Gin Sour

2 oz gin

1 ½ oz lemon juice

½ oz honey lavender simple syrup (recipe below)

3 dashes rosemary bitters

ice

½ cup honey

½ cup water

1 ½ tsp dried edible lavender

手順

Honey Lavender Simple Syrup

Combine the honey, water, and dried lavender in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until just simmering and stir until the honey has completely dissolved.

Turn off the heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve.

Gin Sour

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into an ice-filled glass.

Serve with lemon and rosemary as garnish.
