1/2 tallboy container of egg whites (460 g)
1-2 tomatoes
1 cup low-calorie good tomato sauce
Truffle Salt
Black Pepper
Paprika
MSG
Vinegary hot sauce (e.g. Melinda's)
Other spices to taste
手順
Add egg whites to microwave-safe bowl.
Add spices.
Cover w/ paper towel and microwave ~3 mins, until fluffy and semi-solid.
Put in tomatoes, cut with fork + knife.
Pour tomato/pasta sauce on top.
Enjoy!

50 grams of protein for under 300 calories!
My diet goal is to eat 200 g of protein while staying between 1,800-2,000 calories per day, 6 days per week. This is effectively the only diet I would want to follow, since I can fast until lunch, eat a protein snack, and then have a fucking enormous dinner. Meals like this = cutting fat and carbs wherever possible and always prioritizing maximum protein intake. This is one of my favorites because it is SUPER filling and delicious (if a little gross to the uninitiated) at a hyper-low caloric cost.
