1-2 eggs (poached, boiled, scrambled)
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes / chilli flakes (opt)
A squeeze of lemon

Toast the bread
Mash avocado, season with salt, pepper, lemon
Cook eggs as desired
Spread avocado on toast, top with egg(s), sprinkle seasonings
