Maple Balsamic Dressing

1 quart balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

1/2 cup real maple syrup

3 quarts vegetable oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Add balsamic vinegar, garlic cloves, maple syrup, and whole-grain mustard to a container burr mix until smooth. Slowly start to add oil to maintain emulsion, work slowly until all oil is incorporated .season with salt and pepper to taste.
