Greek Lemon Chicken & Baby Potatoes

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1½ lbs baby potatoes (Yukon Gold)
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp German mustard
Greek olive oil
Wild Greek oregano
Sea salt and black pepper
Optional: garlic
Istruzioni
Place chicken and potatoes in a roasting pan or covered baking dish.
Whisk lemon juice, orange juice, and mustard, then pour over everything.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add garlic if using.
Cover and bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
Uncover and continue baking until the chicken is golden and the potatoes are tender.
