Ingredienti

10 Persian cucumbers (or thinly sliced red onions)

2 teaspoons peppercorn

5 garlic cloves, crushed

dill sprigs

2 cups white vinegar

2 cups water

¼ cup sugar

2 tablespoons sea salt

Istruzioni

Make cucumber chips by slicing your cucumbers horizontally. I like using a mandolin

Put crushed garlic, peppercorn and dill in glass jar alongside cucumbers

In a pot combine white vinegar, water, sugar and salt and heat until sugar is dissolved.

Let cool and pour over cucumbers. Let cool until it reaches room temperature then close jar and refrigerate
