Ingredienti

4 medium potatoes

60g cornstarch

paprika, oregano

200g Gorgonzola PDO

200ml heavy cream

salt

oil to fry

Boil your potatoes in some salted water for 15-20 mins, drain and let them cool down completely. Mash them with a potato ricer then add some cornstarch, paprika, oregano and salt. Flatten your dough with a rolling pin then cut it into sticks. Fry your potato sticks in some oil for about 4-5 mins or until golden. In the meantime, heat some heavy cream in a saucepan then add your Gorgonzola DOP. Mix everything until creamy and serve with your potatoes. Buon appetito!
