Granny's Wedding Cake - Tri-layer White Cake

Ingredienti

3/4c shortening

3/4tsp salt

3c sifted flour

1/2c milk

6 egg whites

1tsp vanilla

2c sugar

3tsp baking powder

1/2c water

Istruzioni

Combine shortening, vanilla, salt and sugar. Cream until light. Sift flour and baking powder together 3 times. Add milk, water and flour. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold carefully into mixture until blended. Grease pans and bake at 350°F for 25mins.
