Creamy Dill Chicken Thighs

8 boneless/skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot (diced)
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp chopped dill (more for serving)
Istruzioni

Get your prep done: dice the shallot and chop the dill.

In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and paprika.

Heat oil and butter over medium high, add chicken thighs and sear for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from skillet onto a clean plate.

Reduce heat to medium low, add shallot and cook for 3 minutes. Add flour and stir until incorporated. Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in dill.

Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Finish off with dill and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
