500g thinly sliced beef (bulgogi cut)
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1/3 carrots, thinly sliced
Leek (white part only), sliced
30-40g glass noodles (dangmyeon), soaked
400ml water
Marinade
2 tbsp mirim or cooking wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp strawberry jam
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Black pepper
Ginger powder
Istruzioni
Soak glass noodles in hot water
Thinly slice onion, leek, and carrots
Pat the beef dry with paper towels
Cut beef into bite size pieces if needed.
Mix the beef with all the marinade ingredients until evenly coated.
Add onion, leek, soaked glass noodles, and water to the pot
Bring to a boil and gently separate the beef so it doesn’t clump.
Simmer for about 5-8 more minutes, until the beef is cooked and the noodles are tender.
