caramel frosting

Ingredienti

2 C powdered sucanat powder (place sucanat in blender)

1/2 C butter

1/2 C cream

1/2 tsp vanilla

Istruzioni

Place sucanat powder, butter and cream into sauce pan and cook until butter is melted. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for 1 min, stirring. Remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl. Beat for 15 mins or until it thickens. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla and beat a little longer.
