1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup mazola
1 cup (450g) sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
cinnamon
Istruzioni
Combine sour cream and soda in a small bowl.
Blend oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with cream.
Spread half batter in 8 x 8 pan, sprinkle half topping and repeat.
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
