1 quart homemade mayonnaise

3 cups beet juice

3 cups feta

2 1/2 cups olive oil blend

1 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons fresh dill

1 tablespoon fresh thyme

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

2 tablespoons lemon juice
