Sweet And Sour Meatballs

Ingredienti

1 ½ minced meat

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 egg

2 tbsp matzo meal (or breadcrumbs)

1 ½ cup ketchup

2 cup ginger ale

Istruzioni

Combine first 6 ingredients and form into small balls

Combine ketchup and ginger ale in large pot and bring to a boil

Drop meatballs into sauce, cover and simmer for 2 hours

Note

FYI- you can double recipe easily and as you know they freeze well

You can also just increase sauce by eyeballing (like just adding 1/4 or 1/2 cup more of each) if you want extra sauce
