Wash till clear.

Low heat.

Wash and drain 30 mins.

Use deep pot, cover by 1 inch.

Bring to boil at med high heat.

Turn to high - vigorous boil.

Starchy liquid.

When starchy liquid ceases, turn to low.

Don't lift lid.

Let stand 20 mins.
