Tomato sausage pasta

Istruzioni

Boil pasta for 10min until soft then cool it in cold water

Peel tomato and cut into small cubes. Add salt and sugar to stir fry until t become juicy

Add ketchup and a bit of water. Continue to cook

till the tomato sauce is thickened. Then set a side

Use olive oilto cook chopped( garlic and onfon untill fragrant

Add.chopped sausage and cherry tomato keep cooking until done.

Then add the tomato sauce

mix well

Put in plate, sprinkle with

parseley and decor with mint leaves
