Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredienti

1 3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup (100 g) sugar

1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 egg

2 Tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Abt 48 chocolate kisses or jumbo chocolate chips

Istruzioni

Heat oven to 375. Blend all ingredients at low speed until stiff dough forms. Shape into 1” balls. Roll each in sugar. Place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately after baking, top each cookie with a kiss (or 3 chocolate chips) pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around the edge. Remove from the cookie sheets to cooling rack.
