Coconut cream pie

Ingredienti

3/4 C sugar

1/4 C cornstarch

3 C milk

4 egg yolks (place egg whites in mixer bowl for meringue)

1 T butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 C flaked coconut

Istruzioni

Place sugar, cornstarch, milk and eggs in medium saucepan and stir. Heat to a gentle boil and cook and stir for 2 mins. remove from heat and add the butter, vanilla and coconut. Place in baked pie crust. Place meringue on top and bake 350 degrees for 12-15 mins. Refrigerate leftovers.
