• 1 lbs Boneless chicken thigh (cubed)
•1 tbsp cooking wine
•1 tsp cornstarch
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)
•2 tbsp light soy sauce
•1 tbsp oyster sauce
• ½ tsp sugar
•1 stalk scallion (sliced)
• Oil (for pan-frying)
1. Marinate chicken with wine, cornstarch, salt & pepper for 20 mins.
2. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce & sugar, stir-fry to coat.
4. Toss in scallions and stir-fry 2 more mins.
5. Serve hot over rice!
