Chili Crunch Salmon Bowl

You’ll need:
8 oz. salmon
1 tbsp chili crunch
1/2 avocado, diced
1 bag of jasmine rice
1/2 cup diced cucumber, diced
Optional for serving: furikake seasoning, green onion, spicy mayo, soyaki sauce
Istruzioni
Spread chili crunch on top of the salmon and bake for 12-15 min at 425 F or until it reaches your desired doneness.
Microwave the rice for 3 minutes.
Transfer the rice to a serving bowl.
Break the salmon up with a fork and serve over the rice with the cucumber and avocado.
Optional: top with furikake seasoning, green onion, spicy mayo, soyaki sauce before serving.
