2 cups macaroni

boil until al dente

Some water will remain in pan… the starchy water is key for a perfectly rich and creamy sauce

Add:

2 Tbsp butter

2 cups Heavy whipping cream

4 oz spreadable cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheese of choice

Salt & Pepper
