Chicken Fried Rice

• Chicken

• Leftover rice

• Any veggies

• Eggs

Istruzioni

1. Mix cubes chicken with some olive oil, garlic/onion powder, pepper, and soy sauce, then cook the chicken on each side on high heat in an oiled skillet.

2. Remove chicken once cooked and add in the veggies until browned, push to one side of the pan.

3. Crack eggs into pan and scramble, then break up and mix into the veggies with the chicken and rice.

4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and any other toppings.
