High Protein Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles

1 ⅕ Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs (trim excess fat)
80g Honey
150ml Salt Reduced Dark Soy Sauce
80g Sriracha
60g Hoisin Sauce
20g Minced Ginger
7 Diced Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Salt Reduced Chicken Stock Powder (Vegeta)
250ml Chicken Broth
1 Tsp Cornflour/Cornstarch Mixed With 100ml Cold Water
1,050g Fresh Noodles (Fantastic Fresh Hokkein Noodles)
Optional Toppings: Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion
Istruzioni
Put chicken and all ingredients except noodles into Crock-Pot.
Mix will and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Shred chicken and add cooked noodles.
Mix well and serve topped with additional sesame seeds and green onion.
Note
Important Notes:
Don’t skip the cornflour + water mix, that’s what makes the sauce thick and glossy instead of watery. If it’s still thin after cooking add a touch more slurry and let it simmer till it thickens up.
