Absolute Ruby Red Vodka 1 1/2 oz
St. Germain 1/2 oz
Grapefruit Juice, fresh 2 oz
Fresh Basil 4 ea, small
Lime Wedge 1 ea
Fee Bros Grapefruit Bitters 2 dash
Simple Syrup 1/2 oz
Garnish
Sugar Rim 1 ea
Basil Leaf, Large, Hand Slapped 1 ea
Istruzioni
1. Chill martini glass prior to build. Muddle basil leaves, and lime wedge with ice.
2. Add fresh grapefruit juice, vodka, grapefruit bitters, simple syrup and St. Germaine. Shake 12 times.
3. Strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
4. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf (hand slap to release the oils) in the center.
